Spider bite??! Help!

So yesterday DD woke up from a late nap with redness and some swelling on her right outter wrist and complained of itching. I thought it was just a mosquito bite but SO and I both noted there was no head. She woke up with morning with this. It wasn’t quite as bad at first, but got a little worse. I just took these pictures and she’s complaining of severe itching and pain when it’s touched.

I’ve iced it twice, and hour apart and gave her Benadryl. I know you guy aren’t doctors lol, but it’s her 4th birthday today and I really don’t want her to spend it at urgent care unless necessary.
