Boss vs employee
So a little back ground before I get into it. I’m an assistant manager/ barista at two locations. (Coffee is a very serious thing here in WA) I have been an employee for four years assistant manager for three. I recently had a baby 01/03/18. Worked until I was 39 weeks, had baby at 39.5 weeks, was on maternity leave a total of 2.5 months. When I came back I was demoted without him telling me. And put on the schedule two day a week 1-6pm. Which is the slowest shift which means no tips. As a barista tips are most of the pay. Also I was informed that I was no longer allowed to have my employee coffee each day.
I recently started tanning at a local salon as a gift to myself since I’ve had my baby. I went in to go tanning this morning and the salon manager had just had several girls quit on her. I know her from high school and she knows I’m pretty knowledgeable in the beds and tanning products and asked if I’d be interested in coming in and helping her one day a week. We maybe talked for 45 min. I’m assuming a customer from one othe the coffee stands overheard our conversation in the salon because...
when I get home from tanning I see I have have been removed from our Facebook pages and our group messages for employees, at my barista job.
And these are the texts I got from my current boss.

When he says I didn’t get back to him about hours is because he texted me at 5:00am and I didn’t get back until 12.
Am I in the wrong? Should I continue with my bosses drama?
