Health insurance.

So I need help and it might sound dumb. I’m only 17 and I had my kid at 16. I moved out shortly after having my kid due to my family abusing drugs. I moved in with my fiancé who is also the father to my child. My daughter is a little over a year and lot her Medicaid when she turned a year. We can’t get Medicaid do to income. But my mom just lost her job so now I don’t have insurance and my fiancé hasn’t had insurance for a while either. I don’t have any family or anyone close to ask. How do I go about getting health insurance. If it helps get better answers I am also from Wyoming.
