Belly Button Piercing Healing???

Hey y’all! Got mine done about 4 days ago. It’s just now starting to get red and more tender (I did keep feeling it on day 2, so that’s probs why it’s tender). I have done a saline soak (hence the imprint around it hehe) and clean it 2-3 times a day with NeilMed Saline. I used the same saline for my nipple piercing & it worked great. I’m wondering if this redness & tenderness is normal??? The bar doesn’t seem to be too short, but I’ve never had my belly button done so I’m not sure. TIA!! :)
