It doesn't hurt to pee

It doesn't hurt to pee, but it hurts when I stop peeing. And I can't control when I want it to stop, and it feels like I can't empty it all out. I will push on my tummy and hurts like I have been holding in my pee for a few hours. And I feel likr I still have to pee but nothing comes out. It doesn't hurt at all to owe, just when the stream ends.

I told my mom and she told me to try cranberry pills but I haven't be able to find them, and she said I could grt over the counter pills. But its so comfortable. After I pee I feel super uncomfortable for like 20 minutes becayse I feel like I haven't enptied my bladder. I domt know What to do, I don't have a primary doctor anymore. And I don't know how to ger one. And I don't have license so I would have to ask my parents to take me. I am 20 but my parents haven't taugjy me how to do these things. I was hoping it would just go away but it hasn't. whay do I do?
