I need help!

I would really appreciate if you could help me ;

I recently found out I was pregnant : 5wks , that same day I found out I have began to spot , only for 4 days then I stopped bleeding completely , I kept an eye out to see if I had passed anything while this was happening and thankfully I saw nothing, it’s now 7wks 3days and I began to have cramping on my right ovary and it stopped the next day, I’m not scheduled for an appointment until May due to insurance reasons but is it normal to go through this in pregnancy? I don’t have any bleeding since the begging and I don’t feel any symptoms besides occasional nausea . Another I forgot to mention is that the clinic was not able to detec my pregnancy with a pee test I had to get a blood test done at 5wks and even now when I take at home pregnancy test they still come out negative. Please help . Any and all Information is appreciated!
