Tattooo question

There’s this local fine artist who does very funky cool works of art and there’s one that I’m absolutely IN LOVE with. So much I want it on my body like I’m so in love with this piece of work.

I know to ask them permission and I am going to do that but I’m worried about asking the tattoo artist. Do they get angry when you ask for a tattoo dedicated to a artist you love? I mean I could always talk to a tattoo artist and maybe have them design a tattoo in the similar style but I am so in love with this original piece and I want it so bad. But I don’t want to upset a tattoo artist by asking for it. :/ opinions?
