Unexplained weight gain......
Okay so last May I was 143lbs I am 5’8 so I was healthy. Well a month later I gained about 10lbs and I summed it up to be going to the gym and building muscle(muscle weighs more than fat). Well I continued going to the gym and by October had gained 20lbs(163). So I started hitting it more at the gym I now go 5days a week cardio 45 minutes a day and eat relatively healthy. I don’t drink sodas often exceptaybed 1 a week if that. I always drink water or water packets. I am now up to 177. I just don’t understand... should I make an appointment or are they gonna look at me like I am crazy? I thought working out and eating healthy was suppose to help you lose weight.... I have tried numerous workout plans and none seem to help. Not even one pound?!?! Any advice?
