Husband Just went active duty

Hi so my husband just went active duty from the reserves. We are lucky in that we got housing immediately. I’m still at the old house waiting for him to get his leave so we can get our pup, myself and things brought over. I know I can’t be pregnant since this whole cycle he’s been gone lol but today is supposed to be ovulation but I’m pretty sure I ovulated last week. Which is surprising because my cycle doesn’t fluctuate that much. More later than early. Can stress of moving cause you to ovulate early? Thinking this also because my normal symptom of my boobs hurting a week before period started Monday. I’m confused about it all. Has anyone had this happen before?
