Do you judge people who let their dogs run the neighborhood?
In the city?
In the country?
I personally think it’s a bad idea and unfair to the dog. 🙁
In our area (we live in the country), we constantly see dogs running the streets. Makes me sad for them.
I know dogs sometimes get out. I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about people that know their dogs run the streets but don’t do anything to stop them.
