Am I crazy?

My husband and I are mutual friends with this couple, however my husband is much closer with both of them because they all used to work together, now it’s just my husband and the wife from the other couple working together. I always noticed their friendship was increadibly close and felt intimidated by it, but always chalked it up to anxiety. About a month ago our friends got into a huge fight, the wife said she was going to go cheat on him and immediately called my husband, that immediately set off flags. And although my husband just tried to talk her out of cheating on her husband, I was uncomfortable by the whole situation. Mostly because I didn’t know what was going on or why there was obviously stuff being hidden from me for days. And just now the wife from the couple were friends with called my husband and said her husband left her. Now my husband is over at her house while I’m at home. I’ve already told them I’m uncomfortable with their friendship and they’ve agreed to put boundaries, but this crises all the ones we put in place and my anxiety is going through the roof! Am I overreacting?
