I see why she hides her keys....

So I'm with my hubby and our 3mo old girl at my aunts house. My cousin is 1 year older than me (Im 23) and her fiance is the same age as my hubby (30) so any way my cousin has admitted she hides her car keys from her fiance but never really gave a reason other than "I dont let him use my car without permission". We just kinda wrote it off as "haha shes picky about her car". Any way so we all like to smoke bud (my aunt babysits for us upstairs while we go down to the basement so baby is 100% away from all smoke and is watched by a sober safe adult) so my cousins fiance wanted to go get us some bud so we all could smoke, but my cousin wouldnt let him take her car anywhere tonight. So I offered him my car, since you know I wanted to smoke too, and he was saying itd be like 45mins to an hour, so I was like "cool. just put a little gas in if you can" he said no problem.

Ya'll this was 3 1/2 hours ago....

My cousin doesnt know he even left as she was laying down for nap and figured hed just chill with us playing pool in the basement or something. So its like 10:30 .at night, his phone is going straight to voicemail and him and my car are still no where to be seen. w

Wtf do I even do? Like I'm freaking out cause what if something happened? How would I get my car back? If she wakes up and finds out I let him dip with my car like this she'll freak out on me and I mean I wouldn't blame her. So my hubby and I are like literally watching the street waiting for him to pull up with my car.

Now I get why she hides her car keys from him. When he comes back, IF he comes back this is never happening again. Like I let him borrow my car the least he could do is text or call me back making sure I know things are chill. Like he didn't get in an accident or arrested or anything. Shit.

EDIT: So its like almost 11 at night. The last I heard from him was 8:30. I'm freaking tf out now to the point I'm really wanting to go tell my cousin the situation. He and I have always been cool you know? Like Ive known this guy for 6 years amd hes helped me with anything from bud, to buying my hubby and I's meals at restaurants, to putting gas in my car so I dont really want to snitch on him but this is getting too crazy. Should I tell her?

SECOND EDIT: Mmkay so I woke my cousin and she wasnt mad at me. She tried to call him and fb message him. BUT HIS PHONES OFF! NOT DEAD. OFF! So shes getting pissed at him now too. It'll 11:40 and his STILL isnt home or herd from.

THIRD EDIT: So he finally comes back at like 1:40am, after going to speak to my cousin comes down to directly apologize to me. Very respectfully, and explained that his phone really did die and as he was going to the weed mans house, since it was a new one, he got lost and ran out of gas right as his phone dies. Apparently he had to walk a block to the nearest gas station and tried begging everyone he saw to use their phone, even offered the gas station attendant $2 just to let him call my cousin and they all told him no. So it took him an hour just to get gas to my car to get moving. All of this is pretty believable to me. My car only had like maybe 34 miles before it ran out of gas and he was supposed to put some gas in while he was out. But my hubby seems to think hes bullshitting. Not like hes mad at him really, hes glad my cars back safe with gas, but he thinks hes bullshitting about what took him this long. Idk what to really think. He kept apologizing to me and of course smoked with us, he was telling us "the fully story" while we hung out outside and smoked. But everything came out okay I guess? At least he and my car are back safe and sound.
