Would you like a baby/toddler entertainment app?

I'm working on an app to entertain baby->toddler ages.  It will:
-lock your phone in the app (so they can't cause phone trouble)
-show different colors and shapes reacting to touch
-play a song one tone at a time based on touch

I personally would not use it because I believe in zero screen time for infants and minimal for toddlers.

I let my 1 yr old watch 10 min of video and 1 day he just snapped and got completely addicted. he'd cry for hours because i took it away. i don't let him sit there holding the phone anymore.

I know it's not a new idea.  It's more an exercise for me, but I'm curious how many people would actually use such an app.
