Wants to nurse to sleep but won’t take paci

My 10 week old is sleeping through the night but the problem is it’s with me. (Please keep negative comments about bed sharing to yourself). She wants to suck to sleep but won’t take a paci only my nipple and getting her into her crib just doesn’t happen, she isn’t a fan of hard surfaces. I don’t have any problems getting her to nap with out sucking but my sitters do while I’m away at work and she only sleeps for 10 minutes at a time if they can get her to sleep. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
