I always feel so alone. I don’t have a best friend. I say I do, but they never message me first and can go days without speaking. I truly feel like I have no one.

I live in a different country from my family and friends, and while I do talk with my parents on a daily basis, I speak to my closest friends once a week, or once in two weeks. That doesn't mean we lost touch or we don't care. We just live our lives and when we do see each other, it's like we're still in high school, closer than ever, laughing and sharing stories. What I'm trying to say is that I'm sure you mean a lot to your close friends even if they don't message you every day 😊

Me and my bff are like this- what I like to focus on is once we do meet up and talk it’s like we never stopped we just pick right back up. And I know if I ever need her and call her she will come running as soon as she can!!!

I have a best friend but we can go days and even months without speaking. We are both so busy. We don’t get to socialise much. She has kids and a marriage and a big family. I have my family, my relationship, a full-time job and my own business. Socialising takes so much time and effort. I don’t get upset that I don’t get to see her and she doesn’t get upset either.
