Miscarriage ?

Okay so me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex well this was around the time I was supposed to have my period we also pulled out well I never got my period buts it’s normal for me to have a late period... so we thought maybe I was pregnant but thought it was too early to take a test so we wait .... I was lying on the couch today and my nephew which is 10 and weighs 100 pounds pounces on my stomach later that day I started my period is it possible that this was a miscarriage ? It’s April 29 this happened today I had sex April 18th
