Help!!!!

I’m 3 days late (very regular cycle 30-31 days). I’m now cycle day 33 with no AF.

I usually get period cramps two or 3 days before AF shows up as well as pink and dark pink cm and light spotting.

I have been having the same type of cramping about 5 days before my period was due and it is still occurring. So much so that I keep checking if AF arrived but I have nothing. Just white cm.

I took a test this morning and it was a bfn.

I’m not sure what to do except wait to see if she shows. I just find it concerning because I’m not late ever. We used opk’s and I’m 17 dpo.

Has this happened before to anyone? Are my hcg levels just not high enough?
