Allergic dermatitis, dry skin or eczema? See Pics

My daughter gets dry, scaly patches sometimes and her pediatrician said it was just some dry skin and totally normal. I switched detergents a few weeks ago and this week a bunch of new rough patches popped up on her body, mainly on arms, back (where waist band would hit), chest, where the crease under her boobies are and in the cracks of her ankles. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all, but I wish I knew what exactly it was so that I can treat it accordingly. I’m going to switch back to her old detergent and continue aveeno eczema wash and lotion. Does this seem like just dry skin? Or is this eczema that has flared up because of the detergent? Or just an allergy to the detergent alone? I’m so confused! Her next appointment is in 2 weeks and they’re really not concerned.
