pcos and doctors

So about a year ago I was told I had PCOS but my doctor has never done any test other than vag ultra sounds. I’m on the patches now but that’s the only medicine I have and I just feel like other things aren’t right. I’ve gained so much weight and I’m worried about having kids because I’m 18 and in a few years I’m going to want some, but I’m scared to question my doctor if she needs to run more test.. I just wish I knew more about my hormone levels and other parts to my body..
