HELP!!!! Spirinolactone and missed periods

I have been taking spironolactone for about 4 months to help combat hormonal acne and my dermatologist just recently upped my dose to 200mg a day. This is the maximum dose according to my doctor. I hadn’t experienced any change in my cycle until this month. I am currently 5 days late on my period and am curious to know if any other women on here take spironolactone and experience abnormal periods. I am sexually active and do use condoms but am fully prepared to take a pregnancy test, I was just looking for similar stories to ease my anxiety about the subject...lol.
