Possible yeast infection?

Ok so on Sunday morning I woke up with chunky cottage cheese like discharge so I bought monistat 1 day and used it that night, now my discharge is green, smells awful and I’m still extremely itchy down there has anyone ever experienced this after using the monistat 1 day? I’m obviously going to go to the doctors but wanted to know if anyone else has ever experienced this.
