Devastated

I’m just devastated as results from the hospital says I’m not pregnant, I’m heart broken as usual I got my hopes up for nothing. Due to being 42 I’ve been told that I won’t get anymore chances for IVF from the nhs and due to us not being really able to afford it or hubby wanting to pay for another cycle he’s just hoping we’ll conceive naturally. Has anyone on here been able to get pregnant naturally, I keep thinking if I have been trying for 4 years and haven’t surely I won’t now. I’m also sick of hearing people say if it’s meant to be it will happen. So upset.
