Please help

So I’m about 15 dpo and 3 days late for af. About a week ago I had this very uncomfortable feeling in my left pelvic area.. it lasted off and on for about 3 days.. other then that I haven’t noticed anything different besides my discharge.. might be tmi but I wiped yesterday and had yellow snot like discharge twice.. then today it was a real white creamy discharge then turned clear..

usually before af shows I get really bad cramps and boob pain.. but haven’t gotten it at all! I took a test last Saturday but it was bfn... I don’t understand what’s going on 😒 like I try to not stress about it.. but ughh

Anyone ever got this and ended up pregnant
