Nipple piercings? 👙

So I’m planning to finally get my nipples pierced this weekend! I was wondering what your guys’ experience with them is? And if it’s painful to get them? Or awkward at all? 😄This is my first piercing besides my ears I got done at 13 but luckily I have a pretty good pain tolerance

Personally, I found it hurt more after than actually getting it pierced. I loved mine, took them out to breastfeed & never put them back in 😔. You just really need to make sure you keep them clean. I ended up with an infection once randomly after it was fully healed. Came out of nowhere. It was AWFUL. but thankfully I cleaned it really well & it went away quickly & never happened again. Just go to a reputable place, & keep them clean!

I recently just got my pierced almost a week ago. It hurt when the needle first entered (of course it will hurt hell its a needle going through not only skin but your boob 😂 ). After it only really hurt the rest of that day and it hasn’t hurt much since. Except when it’s cold then they do hurt 😂. I went to work the next day and everything and I work on a farm so constantly leaning on things and lifting as well. Just got to watch it really and take care of it like a normal piercing.

I absolutely love mine. it does hurt but not as bad as you anticipate, and it's more of a burning pain. Mine hurt the worst like 2 hours after. My best suggestion would be to get a sports bra that is comfortable....not too tight but not too loose. I wore and slept in a sports bra for about 3 weeks after getting mine done and I'm going on 6 weeks now and I sleep braless and go braless a lot. I know mine are even close to being healed but they don't hurt at all anymore....you will be sore for a couple of days.

Getting mine done was so easy. I had a male piercer, but he was so used to doing piercings that it wasn’t weird (it is his job, after all). The first one wasn’t as bad as the second, but it wasn’t anything more than a pinch. I was nervous too but once they were done I loved them and even after a year later I still love them. Make sure you find a clean and reputable piercer and shop. Good luck!

I’ve had mine since early January and still get puss so just keep them super clean. One got infected and the pain was so bad I almost took it out. Honestly I clean mine now with alcohol and they stay pretty clear unless I fit get to clean them for a couple of days. The actual piercing part wasn’t that bad. They say the left hurts more because of your heart. But I love mine and it’s given me so much self confidence!
