Sleep regression?

Anyone else’s 19 month old suddenly decided to wake up every hour a night and refuse nap during the day?! 
My boy used to sleep all night up until a few days ago!
I’m so exhausted!

🙋🏻‍♀️ lasted about 2 weeks and now things are back to how they used to be. Thank goodness 😂😂

our daughter's been doing the same. I actually gave up.
for her nap, I'm climbing in the crib with her( she cries otherwise and will puke if left alone,  from crying).
at night, I jump in the crib with her.  she is down within 30 minutes and will sleep for a good 3 hrs before she gets up. when she gets up, I go back in and curl with her on her sleeper couch, in her room. shes down the entire night till 8 30 am, this way.
I gave up getting up 30 times a night and listening to her cry through her day nap.
this works better for us.
climb in with her, she passes out, I'm climb out,  she does her 2.5 -3 hrs nap.  I get to clean, do laundry etc. at night, I climb in with her, she falls asleep,  I climb out, finish what needs to get done, and when shes up I curl up on our sleeper couch. I rather do that,  than fight with her naps, cries and wake up 30 times a night..

My 18 month old was doing the same. It’s been getting better. She does wake up at about 2 am every night though but she will tell me if she needs a diaper or if she just wants someone to sit on the floor with her. My husband or I will go in her room and sit right by the door. She lays back down once she knows we are there and falls asleep. Then we sneak out lol I’ve crawled out of her room on all fours lol
I think this regression has a lot to do with separation anxiety. My little one was inconsolable but after a week she started to understand we love her and are there when she needs us, but she needs to be a big girl and sleep alone.

18 month sleep regression! We just went through 2 weeks of it and then he went right back to sleeping through the night and napping well again.
