My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years. We’ve gone time apart before for vacations and stuff but never this long. I went to Ottawa, and originally my week in Ottawa was supposed to overlap one of his weeks in Italy. And we were super excited cause that meant one less week away. But then his entire trip got moved back 6 days so on my last day in Ottawa he flew to Italy. He is going to Italy through a 2 and a half week exchange program. So we are going without seeing eachother for 3 and a half weeks. This will definitely sound stupid to couples who are in the military but is been really hard on both of us and I just wanted to let it all out somewhere. I can’t really talk to any of my friends about it cause they are all single except for me. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve seen him and I can hardly even sleep at night. It’s also hard since we would text all day then before bed we FaceTime, even if we had hung out during the day. Now I have to leave in the middle of one of my classes so say goodnight to him since it’s a 7 hour difference. When I wake up in the morning its already 3 pm for him. It just sucks. Alright that’s enough of my rant.
