Vaginal skin tags

I have had skin tags on my labia,upper thigh and on the bottom on my butt close to my crack for a while now and it just makes me extremely self conscious and sometimes they get sore from friction. Has anyone else had this problem, know the cause or recommend a remedy of some sort? Im just worried my bf will notice and think it is genital warts. (I was tested after the sexual partner before him,so it’s not herpes)
