Help!! Vagina accidentally cut with rusty blade

Okay so I’m kind of freaking out. I was just trimming my pubic hair quick before I leave the house to go swimming and the only scissors I could find probably weren’t the cleanest, they were my art scissors that I was going to get rid of anyway. I accidentally cut the lip of my vagina a tiny bit and after looking at the scissors they might have been a little rusty. What do I do??
