Hello everyone!

Now that we are halfway there. The official count down has begun!! 🤗🤗

Every week I have taken pictures of Bumps (my babies nickname) growth and holly cow! 😳 Some moms-to-be (first time moms) are showing more than me! I’m jealous!! I’m in absolute awe of mine to the point that I can’t wait to be bigger! Constantly looking at myself in the mirror, trying to notice a difference in last weeks size.

I love being able to feel and see every kick, to the point that, when I go to bed, I lay there with my head under the covers and my phones flashlight shining over my moving belly. Watching him kick out my belly button.

This past week I have felt him pressed up against my stomach. I would lay my hand over him feeling that hardened area, imagining myself holding him in my hand. 😊😊

If I’m talking to someone and he starts to kick me, I lose all train of thought and just concentrate on his every move.

He’s still low into my abdomen, but my bump is starting to grow past my belly button. No stretch marks yet, but I don’t believe my skin is at stretching stage yet (thank the lord for coconut oil though). I have had to apply coconut oil to my boobs, so far none. But I can say that I have begun to receive spider veins 😞😞 my thighs, both sides of my knees, and around my ankles... I’ve read that coconut oil can help prevent them... fingers crossed 🤞🏽

I have a lot more energy to accomplish things, but the moment I sit down, I am yawning. 😑 So I try to keep myself active.

Every morning I make a smoothie with oatmeal (trying to keep myself from eating cereal on a daily basis) I’ve stayed away from garbage foods as much as possible. I’ve continued to take my daily vitamins at night before bed. (It helped in the first trimester) and I have also became completely bored of drinking water... so I’m drinking unsweetened tea (don’t knock it until you’ve tried it 😜)

How is everyone else doing at their halfway mark? 🙃
