I’m a first time mom of a 6 week old..
What is the average amount of milk you pump in a day on top of breastfeeding?
I’m just curious because I’m about to start work and I want to make sure I’m not low compared to most moms..

Answer

I usually get 4-6oz per pumping session and I try not to go longer than 4 hours without pumping.
