cold sores??

hey girls! I recently started Accutane and my lips have been very dry. I've also noticed these small bumps. the first one came yesterday and then I got another one today. I can't tell if these are the beginning of cold sores or if my lips are just red and swollen from being so dry and chapped (even tho I have been using aquaphor sparingly). Does anyone know what they are? I have had cold sores before but its been a while and normally they're bigger and on the edge of the lip closer to the skin of my chin
