question for those people who are already starting to dilate and efface...
Just wondered if the people who have had cervix check done and have been told they are already 1/2/3cm dilated and effaced etc if you are getting any symptoms of it happening? Like cramping, contractions etc? Here in the UK we do not get checked until 41 weeks so have no way of telling if we are making any progress!
