It's Friday! Today I'm all smiles because I stepped on the scale and noticed I've dropped more pounds and couldn't be more happier. Here I thought I gained hella weight back over this week but I've actually lost more weight. My weight lost journey hasn't been the easiest. I started off small back in 2013. But gained so much weight after which fluctuated from me losing and gaining on and off. I got up to a whopping 213 which you all know. I'm now down 20 pounds at 193(2018 pic)! I'm not where I want to be but I'm damn sure I'm going to reach my goal real soon. My goal is no smaller than 140 and no bigger than 160. I CAN and WILL lose this weight and get myself healthy. I have had people with me on this journey and love seeing the motivation I see from family and friends that are on their own weight loss journeys. When I get this tummy small, ya really going to be hating on me! 😂 To ALL those out their getting it in on your own weight loss journey's, keep up the good work. We going to be looking and feeling real good! 😊💪
