Lose weight need advice
Im 220 lbs and i use to be 185 and i thought i was fat. I want to make a change but cant find the motivation. I dont know where to start and how to control my food intake. My end end goal weight is 135 when its all said and done. I just need some advice on where to even begin because im becoming depressed about my fat and hating myself again. Im 21 btw and 5’5
