Insurance covered pump?

Has anyone received a breast pump through insurance and if so was it free or just a lower price? I’m on Medicaid and plan on asking my doctor for a prescription for one but I’m afraid it will still be expensive. My husband has a decent job but we have so many other costs right now that I feel like we can’t afford it at this moment.

(Please no nasty comments about how I’m on Medicaid. I get that enough from some of my relatives.)
