Really need some boyfriend advice pls

I only see my boyfriend if I go to his house, or if he’s in my area having a drunken night with his friends and needs a place to stay. It actually sucks, he hardly ever comes over and I go to his 2-3 times a week. He works more than I do so he says it’s easier for me to go to him, and it is, but I feel like he doesn’t make an effort and I’m sick of feeling this way.

We’ve been together for a year, he used to make an effort at the start of the relationship but not anymore. He also conveniently forgets to invite me to events so when we both have a weekend night off, I’m at home and he’s at a friends party. His friend asked where I was last weekend and he told them “I forgot to invite her” 😔

Ive spoken to him about this a few times before but I never get anywhere with it, and I always think it’ll get better but it doesn’t.

I don’t want to leave him, I love him. I get teary every time I think about breaking things off with him. But I am so sick of feeling like he’s not interested, because I know if he was interested, he’d make an effort and I wouldn’t feel this way.

Please help & give me some advice xx
