Is it okay for my baby to drink outta a sippy cup a lot ?

Okay so my baby is 10 months now and i been giving her a sippy cup since 9 months. They told me (doc/teachers etc) to give it to her more (sippycup) so that’s what i did. At first she didn’t want to drink outta one because it wasn’t the milk. So i got her one with a nipple just like a bottle and the other one is for i guess 1 and up i don’t know. Anyway i still give her milk(enfamil) but it’s in the sippy cup. And i still give her the baby food (of course). But since she’s still under one i don’t know now i think she’s still a little too early for it.
