Dizzy-ness while removing the diva cup?

I just went out and bought the diva cup because I’m so over spending $$ every month on something I didn’t ask for! So I put it and it made a suction noise witch was in expected but i guess that means it’s correct. Anyways, I immediately took it out just so I just practice before leaving it in for a few hours.

Well when I took it out I got super hot started sweating and felt dizzy. I had to go lay on my bed for about a min. I washed it and put it back it. Is this normal for a first time user?
