Nutrition/Calorie Tracker App?
Can anyone recommend and app for tracking calories and nutrition during pregnancy? I am trying to maintain a healthy weight this go around after having gained 80 lbs over two back to back pregnancies and I had only managed to lose 20 lbs of that before getting pregnant again! Essentially, I have 60 lbs I need to lose to get back to my normal healthy weight, and even though that is not realistic while pregnant, I certainly cannot gain more!
