US AF, moving tips

So my bf is currently still in tech school at Dover afb, graduating next month and becoming operational. He wants me to move to Delaware to be closer to him and live together when his allowed to live off base. His currently looking for an apartment and were both saving for the move, I'm currently in Arizona. I'm worried about finding a new job there and adjusting to everything, This isn't going to be easy, I'm just hoping someone can give me some advice from experience.
