Ttc since a miscarriage

I unfortunately had a traumatic pregnancy and miscarried at 12 weeks back in September 2017. We weren’t even ttc.

Since, we’ve not used protection and had regular sex on my fertile days. My cycle has been a little irregular since the MC (only a few days either side) but I was ALWAYS regular before. Has anyone else had problems since a MC, when they had no issues before? I’m scared I’ll not be able to conceive again now.

(I’m aware I could use opk /temping. But I’m finding the 2ww stressful enough as is, my anxiety makes me sick with worry, scared I won’t be able to have a baby. Therefore I’m trying to not put pressure on the situation. I’m having regular unprotected sex and I’m hoping ‘It’ll happen when it’s right’. 😔🤷🏻‍♀️)
