period post miscarriage
hi ladies, i had a miscarriage a month ago and due for my first period today; however i have had no pms or cramping, instead im experiencing a pinching, throbbing sensation in my lower left abdomen. I have taken pregnancy tests but so far negative.... could i still be pregnant or are my periids just late?
