Good sign?

I know the only 100% way to know is a test. But I just wanted some insight. My nipples are always sore during my fertile window. one day during that window, I noticed heavy ewcm so DH and I dtd. Unfortunately it was only that one day. I counted that as a day before O because I know you O after the ewcm. at 3dpo sore nipples were gone, sore throat (probably from weather), and very dry cm. around 5dpo, I noticed the outside part of my right boob was sore and I was getting light creamy cm. 7dpo and both boobs were sore and heavy creamy cm as well as af like cramps. Now at 10 dpo, my nipples hurt and my entire boobs hurt if anything touches them, still have heavy creamy cm. cramps are gone for the most part. I'm hoping this is a promising sign and plan on testing either Saturday or Sunday.
