Smoking encouragement
I started smoking roughly 5 years ago, almost a pack a day. Last week I found out I was pregnant, yay! I want nothing more than to be healthy and allow my body to nourish this blessing.
I cut out Mountain Dew ( all sodas) in the snap of a finger... and I said I was no longer smoking... however, I’m having a little bit of a harder time than expected. I have not smoked a whole cigarette since I found out, but I do take a “hit” off one, probably 3 times a day.
I just feel selfish. And I know it’s horrible.
Can I please get some advice, some encouragement?!!
