Dry skin....?

Around my nails. They keep cracking and it also hurts!! It’s gotten a lot better since winter, my hands dry out so bad in the winter. Plus I’m a bus driver so I hand sanitize like crazy. But I haven’t been using the hand sanitizer as much at all anymore. Any ideas or remedies to help the dry cracked skin around my finger nails? I hate to post a pic because they’re so ugly but ugh
