Sore nipples

So I’ve had sore/cracked nipples for a little while now and am trying everything. I’ve put breast milk on them, lanolin, air drying and I’m not pumping as much to try and give them a break.

Well today I went to pump and felt a twinge in my breast. I looked at the flange and there was blood! Right underneath my nipple cracked open and was bleeding while I was pumping.

I don’t know what to do, I can’t give her that milk and I can’t have LO feed off that breast?! Any advice please! I’ve called my doctor and am waiting for them to call me back.
