pain???

Question

does anyone know how i can get rid of the pain that i have on my left side hurts really bad when i walk its from my left bottom of my bad all the way down it hurts to walk i want this pain to go away ????? im 38weeks

Probably sciatica. Pinched nerve due to inflamed discs/muscles. You can do cold therapy with an ice pack for 30min and stretch to keep it at bay. Tylenol might help but any pain killers for that area are pretty much a no/no for pregnancy. Try to sleep with a pillow between your knees. Arnica gel or pills are homeopathic and can help with the swelling. Aside from that it’s basically repeat and wait till it gets better;  usually a week of doing these will get you back to normal. If you can afford it (usually $100 in US, $50-$60 with insurance) go to a chiropractor that works with pregnancy. They can adjust your back and get you instant relief if something is unadjusted.
