Husband/SO more stressful than kids? What can you do to not have such a short fuse with him?

SORRY FOR THE LONG BACKSTORY LOL

My husband and i have been married 1 1/2 years. We have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 1 year old. In February we moved out of our duplex into my parents hoping to find a house soon, a couple weeks after we moved in, my uncle moved in cuz he had surgery and needed assistance with bandaging and things like that. (My mom stays home with my handicap brother and babysits a neighbor kid). Also My husband left his job he has for 7 years and went to a different company for better health insurance for our family cuz i am 25 and get off my parents insurance in July when i turn 26. House hunting has been unsuccessful, his hours for work are 5 am to 3:30 pm but he has to leave the house by 4:15 to get to work and i know he is exhausted, my uncle is driving us crazy cuz he picks at my daughter and gets her all upset and he won’t stop and i have just become VERY short with my husband this past month. Is that normal? I have tried to think of reasons why but i can’t think of one reason. It’s over the dumbest smallest things!! And when i realize i have been short with him i apologize but end up doing it again a little later. What can i do??
