How’d you feel after 3 hour test?

Hi mamas, for those that did the 3 hour blood glucose test, how’d you feel after? Sick, tired, nap, okay after a meal? I am wondering if I need to cancel plans I made in the afternoon....

I felt fine until I got home and started making food (by then I was starving). I suddenly got really hot, light headed and shaky so I had to lie down for a while. But it passed in a few hours and then I felt fine. I didnt have any nausea

I felt horrible like I took in too much sugar , I was very sick didn’t want to do anything after words

Haven’t done it this time but with my first it was honestly no big deal at all

I was exhausted! I ate and fell asleep! They said to eat protein after and that u will get the crash from all the sugar

I think everyone is different. I freaked myself out but was totally fine for the test. I took the day off work because I was afraid I’d be sick. As soon as I left the lab I grabbed a bagel, took a nap (I did feel like I crashed from the sugary drink), woke up 1.5 hours later and felt completely fine.

I felt tired, sick, and shaky. I always eat something after and then take a nap.
