Advice please

Ok so my boyfriend had been raised in a religion that believes that straight is the right way to be. And that “god created Adam and eve not Adam and Steve”. I honestly think he’s just under educated in everything lgbtqai+ but he believes all that stuff pretty fiercely. When I finally came out as Pan we had a huge fight. Starting out he pretty much called everyone pan and bi sluts and whores and started saying stuff about how straight is how we are meant to be. After a lot of fighting, in the end he basically said that he an accept who I am but wouldn’t support anything lgbtqia+. I don’t know what to do I feel like I can’t be myself sometimes and I hate it because I love him.
